Configure opens all website sections. Preview shows the invitation exactly as your guests will see it.
This is where you choose whether to ask about drink preferences and allow a guest comment, and where you edit the list of drink options.
The dashboard shows how many guests are attending and not attending. Tap Guest responses to open the full list.
Once the website is published, this section displays the link, a copy button, and Share. Until then, it says The website is not published.
On the RSVP screen, find Invitation website and tap Configure.
If you have not saved an invitation yet, the RSVP screen shows a demo. Your own draft is created when you save the settings for the first time.
The Basic information section already contains the couple’s names and wedding date from the app’s wedding settings.
If anything is incorrect, update it in OhWedding’s wedding settings, reopen the invitation settings, and make sure the changes have carried across.
In Greeting, turn on Show section if you want a welcome message on the website.
Fill in Guest greeting and Main text. If you turn the section off, neither field will appear on the published website.
Leave Show section enabled under Countdown to show the number of days remaining until the wedding. Turn it off if you do not want a countdown on the page.
Under Venue, enable the section and fill in Venue name and Address.
Tap Select location on map. The app will try to find the address automatically. Check the marker, move it to the correct entrance if necessary, and tap Save location.
If you edit the address after choosing a marker, the app will warn you: The address has changed — check the selected location.
Under Schedule, set the time and name for each event. Use the trash button to remove an event you do not need.
Tap Add event to create another item. To hide the entire schedule, turn off Show section.
Under Dress code, fill in the Title and Description.
The Color palette appears directly below. Tap a color to edit it, use the trash button to remove it, or tap Add color. You can also reorder the colors.
Under Information, fill in Title, Text, Contact text, and Phone (WhatsApp).
The phone number must contain 8–15 digits, including the country code. If you do not need this section, turn off Show section.
Under RSVP / Guest questionnaire, turn on Show section and set the Respond by date.
Turn this section off if you do not want to collect responses through the website. The response deadline cannot be later than the wedding date.
Tap Save at the bottom of the screen or the checkmark in the top-right corner. Once the save is complete, the app returns to the RSVP screen.
The first save creates a draft. Guests cannot open it yet, but you can already review it with Preview.
Back on the RSVP screen, tap Configure under Guest questionnaire.
Turn Drink preferences and Guest comment on or off. If drink preferences are enabled, edit the existing options, remove any you do not need, or tap Add drink. Then tap Save.
Tap Preview under Invitation website. Review the whole page: names, date, greeting, countdown, address, map location, schedule, dress code, information, and questionnaire.
If you spot a mistake, close the preview, tap Configure, make the correction, and save again.
Under Invitation link, tap Publish. The working guest link appears as soon as the website is published.
If publishing fails, check every section you have left enabled. The names, wedding date, and all required fields in enabled sections must be completed and saved.
Tap the copy icon next to the link or use Share. Before sending it to everyone, open the link yourself and submit one test response.
The RSVP screen shows the current Attending and Not attending totals. Tap Guest responses to open the full list.
You can update a published invitation at any time through Configure. Save the changes and the guest link stays the same.
To take the invitation offline temporarily, tap Hide. Guests will no longer be able to open it, but the invitation remains saved as a draft and can be published again later.
The greeting, main text, schedule, dress code, information, venue name, and any other website content must not contain profanity, insults, threats, harassment, discriminatory language, or unlawful material.
If the service is used for abusive, harmful, or unlawful content, OhWedding may disable the public page or remove the invitation website, wedding, or account without prior notice.
The invitation website is automatically deleted one year after the wedding date, and the public link stops working. Save any text or information you want to keep before then.
Your invitation has not been saved yet. Tap Configure, complete the sections you need, and save to create your own draft.
